George and his staff are very helpful they have all kinds of equipment from Party Rentals to Landscaping equipment in stock and ready for rental. When a job needs to get done the right equipment makes it easy. They also have a document shredding service that I continually use.

I had a great experience renting some party chairs for $1.10 each (they allow pick up Friday and return on Monday). I had a last minute need and just showed up without an appointment. Pulled up right to the door where there was space surrounding their equipment, which were many!
Use a cc to pay so you don't have to put a security deposit down; they just pre-authorize an amount.
They loaded and unloaded the chairs for me! Easy peasy! The only thing NOT easy was turning a left into their parking lot from Chapman! You can't enter from Prospect. Otherwise, it was great and I recommend!

Ok I already loved this place, but now love it even more!! They have a new ship pup pup who is so friendly and just loves to play! Wish I could have stayed longer to play fetch with him!

I've been to my share of tool rental places and this one has been my best experience so far.
I was there on a Saturday morning which was a busy day at their shop as expected. There was one guy behind the counter signing out tools and one outside helping load tools in vehicles and there was a line of clients waiting. I cringed and thought this will take forever. However, they processed and loaded up everyone with speed and efficiency.
I rented a machine that was much heavier than I expected. Although I had a truck and my son with me I told the guy I was concerned about being able to unload and reload it. He immediately said no problem I'll give u one of our trailers to tow it in. He set me up at no extra cost with the means to transport and easily load/unload the machine.
I greatly appreciate their service and I know I will use them again.

Blown away by their amazing customer service!!! Needed to rent a trailer (moving) and the owner helped back it in the little street I was living on, not once, but twice!! (I am no good going backwards with a trailer and there is no space to correct without running into cars parked on the street.) This is the kind of customer service you do not find anymore, he actually offered his help to me. Everybody in the shop is super professional and helpful - and yes, I love the dog too. One of the few places that rents a stump splitter. Home Depot didn't have them anymore and I thought I was out of luck. Called this place, made the reservation and was able to do the job. I rented a trailer from these guys, but was running a few minutes late, gave theme a call and he stayed open a few minutes late to help me. The Guy Said I Got It For 24 Hrs, But Because The Weren't Open Til 530 On Sundays If I Had SD it back by 730 Monday he wouldn't charge me another day. On the way back I got a flat tire, called theme to let them know, and when I got there at 930 he still kept his word, no extra charge. I've rented from u haul, and it was a few bucks cheaper, b UT it was also only for a few hrs. They had already rented my trailer to someone else without telling me and when I came in 30 minutes later shooed me out for returning my trailer late. avoid you all use these guys they are great.
